By accessing or using Sproxal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

Sproxal provides a platform for builders to create launch pages for their applications, collect user signups, and gain visibility through our public feed. We offer both free and paid tiers.

User Conduct

You agree not to use Sproxal for any unlawful purpose or to submit content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

Payment and Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at $19/month. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe.

Limitation of Liability

Sproxal is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
